We feel it necessary to distribute this very important letter once again and hope to have your full assistance in his matter.

Over the past two (2) days we had an inspection from six (6) Mine Inspectors from the Department Mineral Resources.

The following points need your immediate attention, and we will be Very Strick when it comes to this:

1. Every truck must be fitted with a safety belt and must be worm at all times.

2. Every truck must be roadworthy and must be able to switch off/on.

3. Trucks will not be allowed to idle while on the weighbridge unless a competent, licensed person is behind the controls.

4. Drivers must be in possession of legal drivers at all times.

Reflectors Jackets will be on sale at our offices at R50. Due to COVID, we are not allowed to lend out jackets as we did in the past.

WE WILL BE VERY STRICT WHEN IT COMES TO THESE ISSUES AND TRUCKS WILL BE SENT BACK IF THEY DO NOT COMPLY TO THESE RULES
